The attendee list is the place where you get all of your attendee info and manage them. On this page, you will find out all about the attendee list.

About the Attendee list

Here you can create, manage and search attendees. Here you can create, manage and search attendees. Also, you can print accreditations for one, more or all of them. You can customise the list by choosing which columns to display and in which order, and filter or sort attendees.

Create attendee

On top of the list, there are two buttons. One of them is the “Create attendee” button. By clicking on it, you will open the page for manually inserting an attendee in your attendee list.

Here you just put in all of the info and click “Create” for creating an attendee, or “Create & print” to create an attendee and immediately print their accreditation on-site.

You can change the attendee info in any moment by clicking on the row of the attendee in the attendee list, in the “Update accreditation” screen.

The fields you need to fill out for creating an attendee are your decision. You can learn more about Attendee Fields in the section about the Attendee fields of the Help & Support.

Update attendee

In every moment, you can change or update information about an attendee. Just click on the row of the attendee in the Attendee list. The “Update attendee” page will open.

Here you can change or update information about an attendee. After you are done with the changes, click the “Update” button on the bottom of the page. Your changes will be saved and the page will close, bringing you back to the Attendee list.

Also, in the “Update attendee” page you can print the name badge of the selected attendee by clicking on the “Print and return” button. Click on the button to open the screen in which you will print the name badge.

The other button on top of the list is the “Print all” button. By clicking on this button, all of the name badges of all attendees will be sent to your email address, ready for printing. To find out more about creating the name badges for your attendees, read about using the Design tool.

To manually decide which attendee name badges to print, check the box on the left side of the attendee list next to the attendee name.

After checking the box, on top of the table you will have the option to print the name badge of the selected attendee. This way, you can select and print as many attendees as you want.

If you just want to print one attendee, the other way to do it is to click on the row of the attendee in the Attendee list, in the “Update attendee” screen. To the right of the attendee information fields, you can see a “Print and return” button. Click on the button to open the screen in which you will print the name badge.

Customise

You can customise the table display in CoreEvent, which can be really helpful. This way you personalize the number and the order of the attendee fields you see on your screen

Customisation is applied only on your device, so that every user of CoreEvent can customise the table display to their own needs.

You can select up to 10 columns to display in the Attendee list table. Customisation is an easy process. First, click on the “Customise” field in the top left of the Attendee list. After that, you just drag & drop the names of the fields in the order of your liking.

When you create the order of the fields that you like, just click “Apply” in the bottom of the “Customise” screen. You can change this any time you want, and as many times you want.

Filter

You can filter the Attendee list to narrow the amount of displayed attendees. Click on the “Filters” field and you will get a screen in which you can write down the search queries for the filter or filters you need to use.

After putting in the info, just click “Apply” and the Attendee list will display the results.

Quick search is a handy and a simple feature to help you get the result you need from the Attendee list.

Just type in your search query (one word maximum) in the Quick search field that is located at the top of the table and you will automatically get your results.

Sort

If you need to sort any field of the Attendee list, just click on the name of the field on the top of the table, and your list will get sorted.

The list can be sorted in the descending and the ascending way. Ascending means that number will be sorted from 0 to 9, and letters will be sorted A to Z. Descending is the opposite, 9 to 0 and Z to A

On the first click to the name of the field, the results will sort in the ascending order. On the second click to the name of the same field, the results will sort in the descending order. Third click - ascending order, fourth click - descending order…etc.

Deleting an attendee

For deleting an attendee, check the box on the left side of the attendee list next to the attendee name.

After checking the box, on top of the table you will have the option to Delete an attendee, When you click “Delete”, a dialogue box will open up to ask you one more time are you sure about deleting the attendee. Here you can click “Delete” to delete an attendee or “Cancel” if you don’t want to delete the selected attendee.

If you want to delete more attendees at the same time, just check the boxes next to their names and follow the same procedure as the one for deleting one attendee.
