New event

When you log in, click on the orange + button next to the header “Events”. This will get you to the “Create Event” screen.

On this screen, you just put in the general and additional information about your event, add the cover image and the description, event type, and the event topic.

Also, here you can provide information about the event organizer, which you can change or update later.

Extra modules

Enabling extra modules is optional, and it provides you the opportunity to add some additional features to your event. It is important for you to know that it is not possible to add or remove extra modules later in the process.

Workshops

If you enable this module, your attendees will be able to register to multiple workshops hosted at your event. Just click on the little + sign, and you will add the information about the workshops later. You can learn more about workshops in the “Workshops” section of the Help & Support.

Categories & zones

At major events, usually there are different categories and zones with different access privileges. By enabling this option, you will be able to control venue access.

When you click on the plus sign, you will choose the number of zones you are planning to have on your event. You can change this number later, in the Event info section.

After that, type in your attendee category names (for example visitor, lecturer, organizer…), choose the color for each category and provide each category with access to their zones. You can change, add or delete this information later, in the Categories & zones section of the menu.

Mobile app

By enabling the module Mobile app, you are enabling the white-labeled attendee mobile app feature. This way, your attendees will be able to easily access info about your event and find new connections on site.

Stickers

By enabling the Stickers module, you are giving your attendees an opportunity to get creative and place funny stickers as their avatars.
