Creating and printing name badges

One of the key features of CoreEvent is the possibility to easily design stunning professional name badges and to print them before the event on-site.

To design name badges, use the “Design tool”. When you finish your design, all of your attendees will have their name badges design ready.

After designing the name badges, you will probably want to print them. There are two ways - printing the name badges before the event and printing the name badges on-site.

To print the name badges before the event, just select the “Bulk print” and you will get all of the name badge designs for all of your attendees in a PDF file to your email address in seconds. You can use this PDF file to print the name badges yourself.

Also, you can print the name badges on-site. Just connect your laptops to printers on the event entrance and, when an attendee registers, print their personal accreditation in a few seconds.

Plus, we can tell you that many organizers are now using the “QR code” or “Barcode” fields. That way, attendees will have their unique personal QR codes on their name badges, in case you want to track their movement on the event site, or just register when they enter or leave the event.
